Just buy the best chain and lock possible but you are not going to buy much for 50.
I bought a really good squire lock and chain a few weeks ago, it won top prize in Ride's tests on locks, it cost around 150 euro from www.sounddistribution.co.uk

If you want a lock that isn't easily broken you will need to spend more than €50 im afraid.

Abus make excellent locks, but they are expensive
