Is there a new NTL STB?

    Morning all,
    The NTL STB that I have is crap.
    Dont have the model no here but i will post it tonight.
    Its the big dark blue one, about 13" wide.

    I got this STB when I signed up for NTL digital 12months ago.

    I find it far too slow and it tends to freeze every few days.

    Is there a newer model the NTL would be giving to brand new customers?

    And will they give me one if request it?

    alright wayne-

    yep there is a new box alright - its much much smaller and looks pretty slick actually. its a Pace though I can't remember the model name.

    Not sure if theyll give a new replacement for nothing but you can but ask.

    I have organised a service call from ntl and i will push fort a new stb.
