Extension of Visa for Australian citizens

Hi, does anybody know what the various options are for getting an extension to an Irish Visa for foreigners. The current system for Australia visitors is only to allow rotating 3 month work permits for a year however this is generally not enough to convince a company to sponsor you for a longer period. Any ideas? Thanx

I don't think you can.

Its really down to finding another way of staying, e.g. having a required skill, EU parents / grandparents, etc.
