BT broadband charges

    Hi there,

    I was wondering whether there's something odd with the bill i've received from BT for broadband. I signed up for one of their special first-time user deals at the end of September. But when i got my invoice found that they had charged me from the start of August to the start of October and, that they were charging me around EUR80 for this. This effectively means that I've been charged 89 yo-yos for about 8 days broadband use.

    I queried this with customer service and was told that they charge two months in arrears and two months in advance. Does this make sense to anyone because it doesn't to me...?
