Looking for some advice. Will be renting a house for between four and six months and have found one suitable where the landlord will do a lease for four months with monthly extensions as requied.

It may happen that I might have to relocate again at short notice within the initial four months. Is there normally a get out clause in leases that allow me to give say 30 days notice, or do I have to honour the four month lease.

    Any advice appreciated.

Then you need to honour the 4 month lease.

The only way to get out would be to put in a get-out clause at the start.
