Does any one know where you can get the canopy/tent things that are used on all the DIY programs when they are working outside. If you are cutting sheets of 8X4 in the rain it would come in very handy. They are usually around 10X10ft

I am not sure what they are called but there used to be those sort of things in Homebase and Atlantic for gardens and for dining out in the garden. Basically they are like a large tent with no walls.
Now these tend to be light structures so I am not sure how they would like the rain and wind.
