Is my Nano broke?

Just ten minutes ago,
i was playing it on my logic 3 speaker system decided to change from Greenday to The Future Kings Of Spain and suddenly it souldnt play, it wont play any song and currently is frozen in the music game, is there anything Icould do,
if it is broke where should I return it>?

Can't you reset them by holding the menu and centre button.

Similar things have happened with my 40GB iPod. It just freezes and if you put it to your ear, you can hear the the hard drive whirring around. If you let the charge die out, and then charge it up again, it should (hopefully) be fine.

if it's anything like other ipod's a soft reset is done by pressing menu and play until the screen goes blank and an apple logo appears.
