    Anyone seen it yet?

I have it at home waiting for me but I'm in college for the moment...

Has the sound quality improved? It's been a bit off the past two weeks.

Absolutely brilliant. Quite possibly in the top three of series 4 thus far. Youre gonna love it.

Aint watched American Dad yet..After the slow start to the season, it picked up and started to outdue Family guy for a few weeks but since then Ive been thinking its going downhill. Im already tired of most of the characters and more often then not, it bores me.

Meh.. didn't like this episode much actually.

    Some bits were funny:
    - Stewie's Billy Bob Thornton impression
    - Peter wearing Stewie's one-sie
    - first meeting of NAAFP (in fact.. most of the scenes with the fat guys were good "Victor, don't lean against that" / "found my penis!")
    - "Police also released this sketch of his accomplice, believed to be his wife" :D
    - Tara Reid's boob job

But some bits were really dire and ran on too long:
    - "Ball in a Cup!"
    - Could see 'The Price Is Right' gag coming a mile off
    - Peter slaying Cybill Shepherd
    - Singing caveman

    PS -
really liked Brian's reference back to Season 3 regarding Peter rolling up the window on the General Lee!

I, on the other hand, loved the dragon slaying bit. Also, what about the
    doctor scene, that was hilarious

That was actually very funny - could be criticised for being overlong but loved every second of it myself!

    :D

What are your sources on this as I've seen on tv.com that they're on season 4.
    http://epguides.com/FamilyGuy/
There says season 5 but production numbers are a 4ACXxx

Season 4 was a 20 batch run that they decided to split into two seasons of 10 episodes each. Hence the productions number saying it's season four but, in terms of airing, it's actually season 5.

Thought it was pretty decent. Really liked the
doctor scene. Can't complain it went on too long because that's how FG operates its gags.

The General Lee revenge was good too

And the pickling was just horrendously crude :)

didn't like this episode didn't hate it, it was just a honest to god plain episode.
the fat guys scenes were just too predictible who could not see that chair breaking

Ah sorta like the futurama seasons ?
On airing it says five when 4 DVD's were released.

    I quite enjoyed the episode.

slaying of the dragon was good. also funny for me was the awkwardness after sex :D lol at the people who invented singing. the doctor thing i liked aswell

A pretty good episode this week. No songs this week, especially after last weeks debacle. *shudders*

    Favourite bits:
The slaying of Cybil Shepard. Peter does what we all think! :p
The opening scene with Peter, Brian and Joe et al.
    The doctor scene.
    Peter's gravational pull.
    The Bush/Katrina gag.
    Brian's revenge. :)
    The "Butter Spread" advert.
"Jackie Gleason!!!" and all related scenes.
    The pickle actually pickling.
"That sounds good." "I love toast!" "Hey, I found my penis!"
"Wait! You gonna eat that dead fat guy?"

    Bad bits:
The "sleeping with the rhino" gag seemed forced. Didn't make me smile anyway.
    The cavemen.
The fact the "Ball in a Cup" is just like "Wacky-Waving-Inflatable-Arm-Flailing-Tube Man" (Yes, I had to google that).
The first meeting of NAAFP. Obvious filler material.

    Not a bad outing tbh.

Thought it was a very good episode, liked
    Ball in a cup
    amongst other things.

This has to be one of the best (if not the best) episodes this year. I was in stitches all the way through.

    Highlights for me were
First meeting of NAAFP with all the fat guys standing around wheezing, then sitting down and opening all the crisps and snacks. Then of course the obligatory farting and a chair breaking. And just because it was obvious doesn't mean it wasn't funny.

The cavemen inventing singing. I didn't think that went on too long, just long enough for the 'ooo-weeee-oooo-u-oooo' bit, which was needed to complete the scene. I thought it would have gone on longer but no.

The scene in the doctors, that was irritatingly funny.

"That's for rolling up the window on the General Lee" - I swear, milk shot out of my nose!

Cybil Shepard being a dragon, that was also class.

All in all, 9/10 for me on this one. And long may it continue.

According to TV.com there are two more:

    Brian Sings & Swings: 11/12/2005
The Father, The Son, and The Holy Fonz: 18/12/2005

There's another one called "Peter's done it!" but that doesnt have a date.

Don't think the next one is until early 2006.
