Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    HI, Im currently an o2 bill pay customer and am jealous of the great offerings that three have....

    - I have 6 months left on my contract with 02
    - I want to change to three

    Is there anything I can do?

    - Is there a contract cancellation charge?
    - If Im allowed cancel my contract, will that effect my ability to go on o2 billpay again at a future date if i so wish?

    Anyone have any recommendations or advice?

    to cancel the contract you have to pay your monthly commitment*number of months left (might be reduced if you phone up and shout at them or they might even offer you something to stay).


    theres a charge to get a new contract if you cancel one (44.44 the one time i saw it but i don't know if its always that).

    if you're still on the old tariffs on o2 take a look at the new ones. if you go into an 18 month contract with them you get 25% extra free which makes them sort of competitive with three

    Cool, I didnt know about the 25% extra free, thats a good offer, I think il pop into one of the o2 stores and see what the best they can do is... im on the old options at the moment and they suck...
