    Always thought this was an amusing issue. Every time there is freudian slips along the lines of "Aki Ross from Final Fantasy - she was hot" - there always follows name calling, laughing and so forth - always great fun discussions.
    But seriously, have you ever been attracted to video game characters? Come on, you can admit it here...

    Yeah there's gotta be some element of peen-compensation or midlife crisis going on there. The long hair would get in the way also. He probably spends all his time with his hair straightener.

    i kinda like yuna. we cant blame the delivery of the lines on her, but on the terribly timed voice over. i really wish i knew how to speak japanese, so i could hear the games as they are supposed to be heard.

    i wouldnt suggest waiting. they'll have some crappy american actors with totally wrong sounding voices in the us version. just get the japanese version, and watch it with subtitles. (you may need to download the subtitles, not sure if the original has them)

    Ah, but from what I've read it seems that the subtitles are totally unofficial and that they could be as dodgy as ****! I mean, I liked TSW's voice actors (Alec Baldwin, Steve Buscemi, Ving Rhames, Donald Sutherland and James Woods all have class voices!).

    ya, but tsw was a proper, hollywood(ish) release. this is more of a fanboy film, which means that they'll probably either get unknowns, or failed celebrity's from some crappy american soap.

    the subtitles that i had werent too bad...kinda like any american translation of a final fantasy game...except for the odd "$$%£$%^" (random characters)
