Company to rip CD collection as mp3?

There is a thread somewhere on Boards which mentions an Irish company that for a fee will convert a person's CD collection to mp3. Can anyone dig up the thread or remember the company's name.

You don't wan't to do it yourself no? Is the collection *huge*?

I am just doing mine (200 or so) and I just take a stack of 10 or 15 at a time and do them when I am just browsing the internet or not playing games.
