Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'd have a tinker with the encoder settings tbh, make sure you're using PAL instead of NTSC (including the frame-rate) ... it could be ~25fps captured at ~29 then played back at 25 again, or something.
I wouldn't capture divx live though personally, you'll probably be getting dropped frames unless you've got a really sweet PC spec... mih or not... I usually just capture the whole thing in DV codec, then re-compress it from the harddrive.
You might have more luck with Windows Movie Maker (WinXP), capturing it at full res (I believe it's the 'Other' option), then try dr.divx.
