Idea for the Film Reviews board.

I've been thinking about this lately, and I've come up with an idea for Film Reviews. My idea is that the Film Reviews board should have to have all new threads approved by a moderator, thus all discussion and banter about the film itself be kept to the main films board, and the reviews board would be solely a collection…
