Short-Term Apartment Lettings

Can anyone recommend somewhere around town where you can rent Apartments by the night/week? A gang of friends are coming down from Dublin over New Years and I'm trying to help sort out somewhere for them to stay. Is Niland House still running as a short-term place or are they full of exchange students these days?
