Well Yop is just a character. Richard Dean Anderson being famous for that one role. Where as all the others are famous for either their numerous dodgy roles and/or their antics off the screen. Example

Mr. T would single handedly construct a cabbage cannon and place it on top of an armoured truck - the armour, the cannon and the truck coming from the warehouse that he would inevitably be locked into.

In celebration, he would drink a nice tall glass of milk and build a youth centre for the children. Let's see Chuck Norris, The Hoff, MacGuyver or Steven Seagal do that. He changed his name by deed poll so people would have to call him "Mister". He even has his own comic!
