Importing from Japan

I've just been looking on a few sites where you can import a car for yourself from Japan and save yourself a load of cash instead of giving it to some middleman. This seems to be the best one i've found: http://www.japaneseusedcars.com Anyone ever done this, any advice would be helpful???

How much are storage fees anyway? How much can they charge you if you pick it up straight away? The government sure know how to screw you good when it comes to getting a car from Japan.

subject of the thread is "importing car from Japan" this is part of it and can cost you few hundred if you leave it to long.
the idea is to pick the car as quick as possible
