Blacknight Scheduled Network Maintenance / Downtime 8th December 2005

    Next Thursday, 8th of December 2005, we will be performing essential network maintenance.

    Scope:

    At 7pm GMT we will be upgrading the IOS and PIXOS on our PIX and routers.

    This should not cause any downtime however, a window of 1 hour of scheduled downtime is required in the event that a problem arises.

    Impact:

    Customers' equipment and/or site(s) may become unavailable for short periods of time.

    We do not envisage more than a couple of minutes of service loss.


    We would ask that our support team not be contacted until the full hour is up in the event that their are any problems.

    We apologize in advance for any interruption of service.
