Can't post messages from college

I go to college in IADT and have found that whenever I sign in to Boards I'm allowed but when I go to post it returns me to the sign in page. This happens on both Safari and IE so I'm wondering is it something to do with the college network or is there anything I can change in internet settings to get around this. It's…
