IBB Cork slooowww

    Hello there, is anyone experiencing really poor bandwidth with IBB in Cork since their big blowout on Thursday night? I've been consistently averaging 100kbit/sec download and 90kbit/sec upload on a Breeze 1Mb package since yesterday. After eventually getting through to IBB support they said that my connection to them is fine however all Internet traffic is noticeably slower since Thursday night. A traceroute this morning to ftp.heanet.ie gives the following :
