    Also, towards the end it's worth noting that France Télécom was fined a huge amount of money for failing to open access to wholesale broadband sufficiently.

    Our competition authority and comreg should be doing similar things here!

    Indeed Comwreck just don't have the power to do this sort of thing. The Gov hasn't given them it, which is a pity....
