Blueface residential acceptable usage

    Hi

The blueface Euro 99 offer is only for residential users - I work from home and would make an average of 30 to 40 shortish calls in a day to Irish landlines - their blurb says free unlimited subject to "acceptable usage " - anyone come across this issue - what is acceptable ussage in their eyes ?

Their business package is a bit pricey for what I would use...

    Cheers

I don't believe anyone here has asked this question before, while Aaron may reply to this thread with a answer I'd suggest you e-mail support@blueface.ie and ask them, their generally very fast when it comes to replies :)

I don't think it's explicitly defined but I'd say you'd have to be REALLY acting the eejit to fall foul of the policy. The problem with defining acceptable usage is that it's almost certain to come somewhere below "unlimited" and then the rows start ......

My mother makes about 100 calls a day :)

    I think 30 - 40 calls is low
