    Can anyone recommend a good certified surveyor? Property is in wexford and I want to make sure its structurally sound.

    Is it a new or existing house? Age?

    Do you specificly need a structural report or just a snag list? If a structural report, an engineer would be best.

    I could do a snag list, but I'm not sure if I want to go to Wexford! :D
