moved house down the road no BB here

    just moved house and today eircom tested the line for BB so did BT both failed im CLOSER to my exchange than before now too

    brought your number with you or are youm using a new one ?

    we got a new one but changed it to old one the next day eircom support said keep testing over the next few days because the number might not have registered in the system yet or some SH*TE like that

    Lines are tested only once a month, when you call they don't run the test, they just check the results from the last test in the database. You will have to wait for over a month to be sure that your line is not passing.

    BTW You should try the test on netsource.ie as it gives the date that the test was last run.

    BBTW don't forget to check if you can get NTL/Chorus as it is much better.
