    Fixed.

This happens when an account is modified after the mod titles have been generated. Running the mod titles script again fixes it...

does that script run by itself at times? Or do you have to manually run it.
How do i manually run it?
Is it the repair/optimise tables function?

It is manually run. Else, maybe it can be added to the vBulletin admin thing that runs jobs periodically...
