    I know Cos is out, as I saw him limp out of a race last Wednesday. Is a pity, was fancing the junior men's team for an outside medal. Costelloe and Darcy, plus Clohissey is in very good form at the moment. Cant see any of the others figuring. Should be interesting to see how Cragg does. Mary Cullen and Joelene Byrne should both be top 20.

    Thought Byrne looked Brilliant!(4) Would have like Galligan to make top 20, don't know whats happened to her this season! Junior womens team finished 4th overall-Terriffic effort!

    Shame Cullen (12?)had the fall but very nice debut! Disappointed with Jolene (31), hoped for a top 10. The rest of the women did really well too. Ryan (29) and Aoife Byrne and O' Mahoney were both in the 30's too!

    Fagan(16?) gave it as much as he could and Murray(12) did really well to (both top 20). The rest of the men were, well, they needn't have bothered.

    Junior men were all disappointing too. Danny did quite well, but the res....
