We've a large double room available now for one couple, or two friends who don't mind sharing a double bed. Rent is 500 Euro (250 per person) excluding bills. 500 Euro deposit too.
House is in St David's Terrace, on Blackhorse Avenue, at the North Circular Road end.
Sharing with four other occupants.
It's a non-smoking house but smokers can use back yard.
Easy-going and friendly atmosphere.
25 minutes'walk from city centre North, 40 minutes from city centre south. Close to bus stops (number 10 and 37), Tesco supermarket and Phoenix Park.
