Moving from Eircom BB to Smart - anyone done this.

    Just want to hear about your experiences moving from Eircom to Smart fot BB.

    Is there much downtime for the phone and broadband service

    Any feedback recieved would be much appriciated.

    From what I can gather, DSL can be down for about 3 to 5 weeks! :(

    Not sure about telephony though.

    eircom do their bestv to best to mess uo the process of switching but if u can do it then do! and you might just be in time for smart christmas present to its customers, 6Mb down and 512Kb up! Sweeeeeeet!

    As you'll see from the forum they will probably intoduce the service full time as a new product after this offer, enjoy!
