Fixed Term savings accounts - whats the best one?

What are the best fixed term accounts out there. 3 - 5 years are the accounts i`d be looking for. Say you wanted to put E5000 into one. Can Irish folk invest into an account like this in a Northern bank. I believe Northern Rock were offering 6% on some of its fixed savings accounts there about 3months ago. Anybodu kmow…

Try Northern ROck or Rabobank.
