    Hi

just wanted to know if anyone could help me on this? (not sure if this is in the right section).

I bought a car that was modified. It had the two subs and an amp hooked up in the boot of the car.

I had to get work done and needed to take everything out of the boot, being wise I didn't label anything in order to be able to put it back together.

Is there anyone or anywhere I can go to get help on this???

I've put everything back in the boot, and hooked up most of it, but its not working.

    Any help would be appreciated

Can you run by me how you have hooked everything up?Also makes and models of the subs and amp(how many channels?)

Basic wiring anyways is a powercable from the battery, normally red(and shud have a fuse within 10" of the battery in the engine bay) which goes to the + on your amp.

A black or grey ground wire which you earth to a piece of metal on the boot(or thru a ground block if you have one) that goes onto the earth terminal of the amp

A remote wire which runs from a blue wire at the back of your headunit into your rem terminal on the amp.

A set of phono leads which go from the Hu to the amp.

Your phono's should also be on the opposite side of the car to which the main power cable to the amp is on.

If your wiring is as above then tell me what amp and subs your using, how many channels is the amp and are the subs dual voice coil?

what part of the country are you in?

Its not that hard to do,go thru the steps i posted above and if your wirings not like that already then follow what i said, wiring the speakers will just be a case of + to - on the terminals providing its not a mono amp or dvc subs
