NTL Problems tonight?

Anyone else having NTL problems tonight? I'm on the 1MB/100k package but tonight according to Irish Broadband SpeedTest Im on 650kbs/55kbs :(

Pings were the best I've seen last night (in Sandyford) I was pinging sub 20 to most UK CSS servers.
