iTunes problem

    My problem is that i cant even start iTunes.
    latly i deleted Quicktime by mistake(didnt know iTunes needed it)since then i have reinstalled iTunes and Quicktime but no luck. when i try start iTunes i get an error message-

    itunes.exe has generated an error and will be closed by Windows
    You will need to restart the program

    An error log is been created.

    I havn't a clue what to do,anyone know? thanks

    did u download the latest version of itunes or reinstall it from a cd? 6.0.1.3 is what i have. I think it is the latest version.

    You may get a quicker answer from the computers/technology forum. Thats where all the techies are. Any questions i put in there were answered within 5 minutes.
