Obtaining names of investors

Maybe this is the wrong place to ask, but here goes. I'd like to obtain a list of investors in a particular company here in ireland, how could i go about doing this? Is it even possible?

you could get a copy of the companys accounts from the
ww.CRO.ie and that should have a list of debtors.

You can get a list of the directors and shareholder of any
limited company by going to their registered office and asking
for it, they are required by law to give you this information.

what if the company is registered outside of ireland? could i atleast obtain a list of irish shareholders?

Can the information be requested in writing?
