... what you call the designs where it says one thing, then you turn it around and it says another? like life/death, rock/roll? im starting to design one and i want to research ideas-it would greatly help if i knew what they were called. thanks!

They're called ambigrams. A friend of mine has the life/death ambigram on his wrist.

Ambigrams are fairly hard to design. If i were you i'd just try find some on the net.

oooh i take that as a personal challenge! na i want to design it myself-it's for my boyfriend. he wants a Rock/Roll tattoo and i think it would be really nice to design it for him (he agrees).

ill do my research, and post it after it's done...so watch this space in a year or two...lol
