Booking your NCT early

    Hi,
My NCT expires on March 26th, I think I remember reading you can get your car tested 3 months in advance of the actual date. I think I'll opt for this as it will then be valid until March 26th, 2008. How do I go about booking it early?

Also, there is quite a pong of petrol in the car sometimes. I know this can't be a good thing. Any ideas what could be causing this? I mostly only get it while moving slowly/stopped, for example, if I'm on the motorway and doing 120 and then take a slip road off and have to stop at traffic lights I might get it then. It comes and goes too:confused:

    Any feedback appreciated:)

I wouldn't have all the woodworking things I bought with the spare cash if I had a micra though;)

It says on the site you can only book up to 5 weeks in advance but I'm sure it said 3 months somewhere:confused:
