Kilkenny man drowns off Australian gold coast

    An Irishman has died following a drowning accident off the Gold Coast in Australia over the weekend.

    He has been named locally as Bill Gaule from Kilmacow in co Kilkenny. The 28-year-old was on a six-week holiday with friends.
