surround sound system...help!!

Hi All,
I'm looking to buy a surround sound speaker system to hook up to my dvd player. What do you reckon on this system:

Any other suggestions of a good "all-in-one" speaker system? I was considering buying one from Argos, but they seem a little over priced! Any ideas? It doesn't have to be amazing, just good enough to produce 5.1 sound. I want to get an "all-in-one" speaker system as I'll be buying a dvd recorder to replace my dvd player, so I want the speakers to be able to hook up to it, whereas if I buy a system with a dvd player, the recorder won't be able to hook up to it.

I was checking out something similar and came across these ones on Ebay, Argos used to stock them, I heard they`re pretty ok for the money. Total cost is €83.

i recently purchased myself a yamaha surround system that requires you to have a surround amp.

The amp is built into the subwoofer. Did you buy a seperate amp for those speakers?

Yeah sounds like my old LG system, where the speakers has premade plastic terminations that just had to plug into the rear of the sub.

I do have an amp for my speakers, bought it last april
