Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know of any decent software to give me a visible indication that all of my systems are up ? - I've used it through netware, but not come across any for windows ??

    Cheers

nmap - best of the best, or so I'm told.

I'm not sure what you mean by "visual" -- I guess you want a gui and not a commandline interface? just do a search for port scanner on google, theres loads. too many perhaps.

I used to have some software that gave you a screen full of 'traffic lights', with the target ip address under each one.

the programme would ping the devices one by one & if they responded first time the light would be green, respond on 2nd ping - amber and not responded by 3rd ping, the light went red....it was brilliantly simple, but I cant remember what it was. It was on a Novell network, so may have been a netware tool
