pixmania vat refund

hi. pixmania have told me they can't refund me vat on an item ,something to do with french law?i have received refunds from them before and various uk companies online. can someone enlighten me about this.obviously i'm vat registered and have provided them with my details.

I used to get my vat refunded all the time but it was a lot of hassle. They now have a pixmania pro website just for business customers so maybe you should use it instead. All the prices are net
