Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can anyone please help me I am a complete novice when it comes to technology, I recently purchased a Sony handycam, records straight to DVD. Thought when I bought it would be great as I could just whip in the dvd to my laptop and edit away but alas....no. I am using windows xp. and have movie maker and Nero none of which recognise the format that the disc is in (VOB) so therefore I can't edit, save, copy, anything. I can view it alright thru cyberlink but thats it. How do I get around this problem, there was no software package provided with the camera and if I purchase a software package, which one and how can I be guaranteed that it will recognise the disc. Any ideas? PLEASE!? Beginning to regret the purchase!:(
