Anybody else waiting on a wireless router from Eircom???

Been waiting 3 weeks for a Netopia router from them, everytime I ring them, I get a different story.. seems like I'm being kept in the dark Anyone else in the same boat?? I suspect they're keeping some facts from me. (Yes I know a lot of people think they're sh!te, but if we can put that aside for the moment..........)
