    7 bedroom near golf course brand new devolopment .
    i built from the plans photos and all other info can be given asap.
    100 .000 euro or very nearest offer.
    this home is walking distance to all amineties

    and is a deffo good investment .
    my reasons for selling are im looking at somthing in another part of turkey .
    i have 2 4 bed homes there in kusadassi i rent out and are great return FACT. forget bulgeria. turkey is best for rental and growing investment.
    im on skype and can talk and return questions . im irish not turkish. and not a buisness man just a person who saw an opening and went for it a few years ago..........
    redundancy money from 2 years ago i put in the 1st home and never looked back

    who do u rent them to and how much rent do u get?when u say solar, what do u mean, photovoltaic panels or is it water heating via a yoke on the roof. what is the title to the property, and are there service charges?thanks
