I noticed my post count has reverted to 960 this evening...which is odd since it was 990 last night. Anybody have any idea what happened?

Small postcount does not diminish your post quality.

Most likely a thread got deleted or moved to a forum where postcount does not apply. (like the cuckoos nest)
