Ebay search engine of .com .co.uk .ie etc, and postage calculator?

Is there a multiple search engine that will find items on every single ebay? e.g. sometimes stuff is only on .ie and doesnt appear on .com Also is there one that adds postage to the bidding price so you can truely sort by lowest price first so the "buy it now 99p, postage £45" items get sorted properly.
