Exchange Upgrading

Hi I was on the phone to eircom and (before everyone puts all the hate off eircom into this post please consider this) they told me that they had a pretty good target of enabling every exchange by the end of 2006. What are the chances of it actuly happening? Regards Matthew

dont believe anything your told over the phone half the time its someone guessing the other half its someone just trying to get rid of you. I wouldnt hold my breath for that happening.
