I just checked the UCD website and it says we're back on the 16th of January. My friend from Trinity is back on the 9th! Ha ha! Trinity losers!

This is like a belated Christmas present for me.:D

On another note, check out the front page of the UCD website and their little ad to get students to join UCD: www.ucd.ie

Just keep refreshing the front page to see the screen captions which include...

Is it just me or does it appear that UCD are seemingly trying to tap into young people's subconscious with these captions?

TheVan - 2nd of December. And it was SWEET. Unfortunately, lots of the break has been spent doing work, because although we don't have exams (with the exception of some unfortunates who picked crappy mean subjects and obviously all the freshers) we have out-of-term essays. I'm sure plenty of other people are in similar boats but i know of one group who have 10,000 words due over the break. It's not huge but it's no joke either. And funnily enough while the exams were over before christmas the essays aren't, which really buggers up a work schedule.
