Reformatting Creative Nomad2?

Hi all, I want to do a reformat of the drive in my old Nomad2 Jukebox, but don't know how! Anyone? I thought it was just a case of pressing the reset nub, but that seems to be only for when the player hangs, and forces a hard restart.

The menu was a bit screwed up--anytime I wanted to find music, it popped up with a menu to specify the alphabet used before searching and it was a real pain in the a** because I needed to press more buttons.
