Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Should drivers for win 98SE work on Win 98? Was putting a new modem into a machine with win98. Drivers for Win98SE were provided but didn't seem to work.

No, alot of New advanced softwares etc. Will only work from Win98SE upwards, some nowadays won't even work on win98.

Drivers for Win98 should work on 98SE and vice versa.

in an ideal world, far too many USB drives don't seem to.

IHMO if it says SE, then there is porbably a reason.

also IIRC SE pages out more or does something that makes it worse for embedded use.
