How Do I Check Cap With Eircom ??

Apologies if this has been answered before but I could not find any thread mentioning it. How can I check how much I have downloaded to see where I stand in relation to the monthly CAP

Their stats bage seems to be stalled on Dec28th........and to day all i get is my fone number.....nothing else.....
as has been discussed in other threads on going over your cap with Eircom, (that they dont seem to charge for going over the cap) it would hard for Eircom to charge for going over your cap if their stats page frequently doesnt update!!!
