do you think they'll become available straight away on the 24th or there'll be a waiting period before they are available to the general public ??

But one should be led to believe that from the pdf document that no upgrade will take place before the 24th and having the upgrades take place in the month of March is not entirely beyond the bounds of speculation.

Though one should also remember that a similar document was issued by eircom last year with new pricing structures that commenced around about +/- days after the new prices coming into efect at that time as well!
