    How do ya create arrows in photoshop, I need arrows going everyway!!!!

    Short answer: Use the Shapes tool.

    Click on the shape button next to the pen tool, change it to a line and go to the options for the line (probably up top), there may be a drop down arrow called geometry options. Create arrowheads at start/end, and there you go.
